Why Construction Pulis Exists

Hello, Kapwa Homeowners! We know the stress of building or renovating a home, the shock of unexpected expenses, and the painful reality of being misled during the process.

Many Filipinos, especially Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), lose their hard-earned money to inflated Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and dishonest contractors. The tricks are everywhere—hidden in plain sight, disguised as “friendship discounts” or blamed on inflation.

Construction isn’t rocket science. But it’s often treated as if only engineers and contractors can understand it. We’re here to prove otherwise.

Our Mission

We’re building a community of Kapwa Homeowners unafraid towear the hard hat” and who are ready to understand how builders talk and work.

This way, we can ask the right questions, verify the numbers, and play an active role in our build with clarity and confidence.

“By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established; through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures.”
Proverbs 24:3–4 (NIV)
